✨ Why Meta Matcha?

Mayella’s 100% organic Meta Matcha is rich in L-theanine, antioxidants, and a gentle energy boost without the crash. It supports focus, a calm mind, and overall wellness—perfect for kids, teens, and busy adults alike.

✅ Ingredients (makes ~12 bliss balls):

  • 1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)

  • ½ cup desiccated coconut (plus extra for rolling)

  • 1 tbsp Mayella Meta Matcha powder

  • 8–10 soft medjool dates, pitted

  • ¼ cup nut butter (almond, cashew, or tahini for nut-free)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional for omega-3 boost)

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 1–2 tbsp water or coconut oil, if needed for texture

👩🍳 Instructions:

  1. Blend oats and coconut in a food processor until they form a coarse flour.

  2. Add dates, nut butter, vanilla, Mayella Meta Matcha, chia seeds (if using), and salt.

  3. Blend until sticky and combined. Add a splash of water or coconut oil if mixture is too dry.

  4. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions, roll into balls.

  5. Roll in extra coconut or a dusting of matcha for that extra glow!

  6. Chill in fridge for 20 minutes—or enjoy straight away.
