Refund & Returns Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website.

How to return an item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 if within Australia and 28 days for the rest of the world of your purchase. Please email us using the form below to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking code for posting.

Mail your returned item to: Mayella Skin - P.O. Box 340, Nobby Beach, Queensland 4218 Australia. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
