How to use

As a daily nutritional source, mix 1 - 2 teaspoons Alkalise Green & Go with a tall glass of filtered water, coconut water or fruit/vegetable juice.

Alkalise Shot: Add 1 teaspoon of Mayella Alkalise Green & Go to 100mls of room temperature filtered water. Stir in well and drink any time of the day to revitalise. If you’re wanting assistance with detox or weight loss, drink your Alkalise Shot first thing in the morning and before breakfast.

Watermelon Hydrate / Detox Juice: In a blender, add approximately ¼ of a fresh watermelon, 100ml coconut water, a small handful mint leaves and 1-2 teaspoons Mayella Alkalise Green & Go. Blend well and serve. Tip - If you prefer it chilled, make sure your watermelon and coconut water has been in the fridge at least overnight before blending or simply blend with ice to enjoy it frappe-style.
