How to use:

Apply your favourite Mayella Serum, Lotion or Repair Serum then begin rolling the forehead area and work your way down the face to the neck and décolletage as you are also then further encouraging the drainage of toxins and the lymph fluids to collect at the major collection points of the lymph at the base of the neck.

Try to keep your movements smooth, gently firm and connected to the skin as you flow around with the bone structure.

Rolling across the face or diagonally from up to lower points and in circular or curving across the cheeks and eye / brow bone structure.

If you can, always finish a movement at the outside of the face or to a downward stroke to continue supporting the drainage of toxins and the lymph fluids.
The smaller roller head is ideal for around the eye and brow.

The base of the stainless steel is crafted to be smooth and defined for pressure point work at the end of your facial rolling experience.

Tip: Wrap your roller in a Mayella Fibre Cloth and place it in the fridge for 20-30 mins to cool down and give a “cryo” facial to revitalise and invigorate tired skin. This cooling effect can also help to effectively reduce dark circles and puffy eyes. You can eventually switch to placing it in the freezer as you and your skin get comfortable with the technique.

Likewise, placing the roller in warm water then rolling over your favourite serum helps to more deeply infuse the serum into the skin.

Care:

Clean by rinsing under warm water and leave on a soft towel or cloth to air dry in a safe place.

No need to use soaps or detergents but if you do feel the need to rinse any product from your roller with something stronger than warm water, please use an earth-friendly, non-chemical, gentle detergent or soap.

As with your crystals and gemstones, place your roller out under a full moon to energetically cleanse your crystal - it will be gratefully received by your roller!
