How to use

How to make the perfect brew:

For either of the below methods, it’s best to boil water and let it sit for 2-3 minutes before pouring. This allows the water to cool off the boil so it doesn’t scald the tea. Approximately 70°C is the best temperature to avoid overheating the enzymes and naturally high levels of antioxidants in matcha.

To prepare a tea:
Add 2-3 grams powdered Mayella Meta Matcha ™ to a cup or teapot of hot water, stir in well. Add honey or a slice of lemon if desired.

As a matcha latte:
Add 2-3 grams powdered Meta Matcha ™ to 1/4 cup hot water and mix in well. Heat your favourite milk (or froth if desired) and pour it into the matcha and water mix. Add honey to taste and finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and pinch of nutmeg over the milk crema.
